Beach Haven is an organization focused on beach preservation as well as cultivating safe spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community. It was created by influencer, model, and actress Tatiana Ringsby, who wanted to combine her love of the ocean and queer people. Beach Haven held its first beach cleanup in June 2023 at Santa Monica beach with the help of Potent Goods, Gooseberry Intimates and Girlfriend Collective, who were brand partners for the event. In addition, Beach Haven teamed up with LA Waterkeeper, an organization whose mission is to fight for the health of the region’s waterways, and for sustainable, equitable and climate-friendly water supplies. LA Waterkeeper holds several cleanup events throughout the year. We continued to work with them for our recent cleanup in September, sponsored by The Body Shop and Poppi.
